渠道商的几种发展类型（一）

最近一二年，经常被问及渠道商会有几种发展思路。

上得了台面并且声音比较大的二种

1、被投资或收购，目前最典型的是天下欣网的前身十几家公司。但其实这更早的时候就有一些公司得到投资，数目不大或者动静不多而已。

　　天下欣网的整合还在继续，收购也显得才刚刚开始，多种渠道听到他们的战略部门频繁的穿梭于全国各地，到处打探这个城市做得最大的是哪个公司，大有一网打尽所有最大最强公司的架势，据传现在收入旗下的公司已经不只是原来三七二一的代理公司，google及百度的代理也有不少被收入其中。只不过现在保密工作做得越来越到位，或者说受到厂商的关注甚至是担心而不再把所有旗下公司都直接公布出来，加上新入企业也要接受一年的考核期，估计接下来他们新增加的收购对象会先保留原来的公司名称运作

2、转型做网络营销产品运营商，这些公司也不少，尤其是近年来声音更多。这种形式的转型也有多个表现方式。

　　书生只保留小部分队伍仍然做原实名业务，比较多的人转向做商友等系列产品。

　　绿线在九洲老崔的加入后，大挖原各厂商的渠道人员，目前的声势开始上升。

　　符德坤的亚洲商港则继承了他的风格，闪电般的在全国开拓市场。

　　不管是做赢时代网络营销门户，还是做全球搜索引擎战略大会，每天都接触到无数的厂商，原来就有简单整理了上下文关联广告的一个清单，这只是一个非常小的领域，更多的领域里还有更夸张的，以在线客服软件，据说就有数百家公司在提供服务。

　　这些公司有的是技术见长，有的是资金扶持，但要开拓业务，毫无疑问都离不开渠道的运作。

　　俗说隔行如隔山，渠道的熟悉是一个需要花费巨大精力的，前面讲的三个例子里，书生与亚洲商港都是多年的本地渠道经验再加上北漂等与全国各地打交道的经历，而绿线的老崔也是一个很活跃的人，与外界的紧密交往，对全国市场的密切关注对他们业务的启动都起了很大的帮助。这方面，武汉的部分互联网公司也大抵都是这么运作的。

　　除此之外，其他的一些从渠道转型的运营商则相对比较少听见，我一直就不是很理解，为什么有的公司无法放开心态去跟外界做更多的交流，更夸张的是因为参会费等问题而拒绝这种交流？

　　呵呵，行文到这里，目的就很明确了，不讲出来了。
